We’ve almost made it through a whole week. It is amazing how quickly the time flies by here. Today the therapist started out with heat and massage and Livy is now getting into the suit. She has been surprisingly alert and awake the past couple of days during the session. It amazes us how much she smiles through all of this. I, personally, would be whining and complaining. It is a lot of work to her muscles, especially to the ones she doesn’t use that often.
This morning, Jon and I found Livy’s foot and part of her leg hanging off her bed. This means that she had to move herself further over to the side of the bed and rotate her bottom half over. It was very cool to see this! But now that she is moving more, we are going to have to be more careful about her not hurting herself rolling off things..this is a great thing!
