Start Each Day with Hope
I mentioned the other day that sleep has has been in short supply since the girls were born. Last night, Livy was up for most of the night. Allison was in with her at 1 AM and then I was in with her from 2 AM - 4 AM.

Broken sleep is something common in our house. There are very few nights that we are not in with Livy to either change her or reposition her. By morning, we are not quite at our best. Coffee mixed with a little hope is what gets us going.

There are many parents of kids who have seizures at night or like Livy, have poor sleeping patterns. They sleep in their child's room more than their own. So I raise a coffee mug to my fellow caffeine warriors and wish you better dreams to come.
